This is a celtic half sleeve tattoo I designed for Dean Colwill. Dean ask me to design a half sleeve of a celtic cross and to incorporate a Harp some how. Dean also wanted some New Zealand native bush in the background. This design was to go with a navy anchor tattoo I had already designed for him.
